Learners Feedback

What I like the most in this course is learners are engaged through various interactive activities such as interactive videos, scenario-based discussions, quizzes and many more learning activities.

Mwajabu Rajabu Mbwambo,
School head, Tanzaniya

Constant support, Understanding & guidance of Mentors. The content of the course is very catchy & interesting. The explanation was too good. Case studies & learning activities force me to think deeply. Reflective diaries encouraged me to do self-reflection. Questions selected in the quiz are tricky & fascinating. It’s a privilege for me to be a part of this program.

Dr. Hetal Parikh,
School Principal Badoda, India

The course has been a bit intense but it was worth the sacrifice. It was well structured and the information was very relevant. For me, it is a dream come true because I always desire to pursue studies in school Leadership and Management. So all educators who want to become successful school principal should take it.

Delvorine Hamilton,
Vice Principal, Belmopan Baptist High School, Belize, Central America

The course has been excellently planned and delivered during these 15 weeks. All mentors did a superb job of delivering the material in a comprehensive manner and used varied strategies to ensure that learning was taking place.

Herbert Antonio Flores Miranda
Teacher, Belize, Central America

From this MOOC I have learned a bountiful amount of tips and strategies to be an effective team leader, an inspirational teacher and when and how to use this innovative technology to enhance learning and I am definitely going to use this in my class (coffee with principal, different classroom arrangements and many more)

Rupali Vaz, Teacher- Educator
Vasai a city in Mumbai western suburb

The course has been wonderful and intense. The course has made me look at four aspects that have shaped my thinking: one is understanding leadership and its impact on school transformation, the second is enhancing classroom instructional leadership among teachers, third is facilitate collaboration and working in teams, and fourth is developing the culture of innovation through different system and process.

Louburn Brown Martinez
Vice Principal, Belize, Central America

It is an excellent course that provided me with ample opportunities for my leadership qualities and skills. What I liked the most in this course is providing scope to build school leaders who occupy a vital role in the transformation of school or any other learning organization.

RASHMI KALLOLIL, Headmaster/ Principal
